Train Trip to Mission Santa Buena Ventura
Several of us took the Amtrak train to Mission Santa Buenaventura for a field trip on a beautiful late-summer day. We enjoyed a fascinating tour led by a docent, who guided us through the historic mission, beautiful gardens, and museum.
After the tour, we had time to enjoy lunch and do a little shopping. It was a fun day filled with good company, interesting history, and plenty of memories.
